Welcome to Cortes Auto Spa. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing any of our services.


1. General Information

  • Cortes Auto Spa provides professional automotive detailing services for individual vehicle owners and fleets.
  • By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
  • We request that vehicles be dropped off or made available at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

3. Service Policies

  • Service times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition, size, and type of the vehicle.
  • Prices are subject to change if the vehicle requires additional labor or materials due to excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or other unforeseen conditions.
  • Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before work begins.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Customers must remove personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. Cortes Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items.
  • While we take the utmost care in handling your vehicle, Cortes Auto Spa is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with the vehicle’s condition.
  • Customers are responsible for disclosing any known issues (such as leaks, broken parts, or aftermarket modifications) before service begins.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Full payment is due at the time of service completion.
  • We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards and Checks.
  • Refunds are not offered once services are completed, but if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Failure to cancel in advance may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is available at no additional charge if done more than 24 hours before your appointment.

7. Website Use

  • All content, logos, images, and materials on this website are the property of Cortes Auto Spa and may not be used without written consent.
  • Users agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Cortes Auto Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
